Dinner
Having received an AA Rosette in our Chesterfields Brasserie you can rest assured a delicious meal awaits. Our Head Chef, Samir Beskri , has created delectable dinner menus which combine new style cuisine with many of the traditional Dublin favourites such as Smoky Dublin Bay Seafood Chowder and St. James Gate Beef and Guinness Pie.
Every dish is carefully prepared and an extensive wine list ensures that your meal will be perfectly complimented every time.
Breakfast Buffet
Start the day as you mean to go on, with a feeling of abundance. Build a breakfast fit for a king from our self-service buffet and crown it off with our famous Full Irish Breakfast.
Breakfast is served weekdays from 6:30 to 10:30 and weekends from 7:00 to 11:00.
FESTIVE DINNER
Dine with us during the festive season and enjoy our exclusive Christmas dinner menu. Includes traditional Irish favourites such as freshly carved crown of turkey, alongside some delectable twists like barberry duck breast and winter cured Wexford salmon gravlax.

Breakfast is served in Chesterfields Brasserie from 6.30am – 10.30am Monday - Friday, 7.00 am - 11.00 am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holdiays
We serve breakfast, lunch and evening meals in Chesterfields Brasserie 7 days a week. We also have a 24 hour room service menu. Food is also served in our Iveagh Bistro. Lunch menu is served from 12 – 9pm. All dietary requirements are catered for, please contact the Hotel or advise your server on the day.
