Question: Can I get an early check in?


We can request an early check-in, however check-in is not guaranteed until 3pm. If we are unable to facilitate your request for an early check-in, we will be delighted to store your luggage until your room is ready. If you wish to guarantee an early check-in before 3pm we recommend you reserve a room from the night before that way the room will be ready when you arrive.

Question: Do you have a luggage store?


Yes, we have our own luggage store for our residents. You are welcome to avail of this facility to store your luggage while you are waiting to check-in to your room. Also you can store your luggage on the day of your departure if you are going into the city or attending meetings in house and can collect it before you leave the Hotel.

Question: What time is breakfast?


Our breakfast buffet is open from 6.45 am until 10.30 am 7 days a week.

Question: What time is check in/check out ?


Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is 12 noon on the day of departure.

Question: Can I get a late check out?


If you wish to stay in your room after 12 noon on the day of departure please contact Reception who will check availability for your request. If your request can be accommodated there will be a late check-out fee. The fee varies depending on the time you are requesting to check-out.

Question: Do you have a car park?


Yes, we have our own multi-storey car park with special overnight rates. For residents of the hotel the rate is €10.00 for 24 hours and for non-residents there is a charge of €2.50 per hour.
Car parking is on a first come, first served basis and we cannot reserve spaces.

Question: What is your Cancellation Policy?

Should there be any changes to your travel plans and you need to cancel, please let us know 24 hrs prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged the first night’s accommodation. If you made your booking online through a third party website you will have to contact the Agent you booked with directly, as our reservations team here in the hotel are not permitted to cancel, amend or change third party website bookings.
Always check your cancellation policy before making your reservation as some packages maybe non-refundable and non-transferable.
