WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ?
Check-in is from 3pm on day of arrival.
Check-out is 12 noon on day of departure.
CAN I GET AN EARLY CHECK-IN?
You may request an early check-in. It is not guaranteed, however, until 3pm. If we are unable to facilitate your request, we would be delighted to store your luggage until your room is ready. To guarantee early check-in before 3pm, we recommend reserving a room from the night before.
CAN I GET A LATE CHECK-OUT?
If you wish to stay in your room after 12 noon on day of departure, please contact reception so that we may check availability. Should your request be accommodated, there will be a late check-out fee. The fee varies depending on the time you request to check-out.
DO YOU HAVE A LUGGAGE STORE?
Yes, we have a luggage store for our residents. You are welcome to avail of this facility to store your luggage while waiting to check-in to your room. In addition, you are welcome to store your luggage on day of your departure should you be attending meetings inhouse or exploring the city.
DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARK?
Yes, we have our own multi-storey car park with special overnight rates. For residents of the hotel, the rate is €12.50 for 24 hours. For non-residents, there is a charge of €2.80 per hour.
Car parking is on a first come, first served basis. We cannot reserve spaces.
WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST?
Our breakfast buffet is open from 6.45am until 10.30am, seven days a week.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Should there be changes to your travel plans and you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. That way, you will avoid being charged for the first night’s accommodation. If you have made your booking online via a third-party website, you will have to contact the agent directly.
Our reservations team are not permitted to cancel, amend, or change third-party website bookings. Always check your cancellation policy before making your reservation as some packages may be non-refundable/non-transferable.
